Our next adventure takes us to 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗸𝗵𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮 on a scenic 𝟴 𝗞𝗠 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 through one of Lebanon’s most charming valleys, where nature and history meet step by step.
Set in the heart of the Chouf, Moukhtara is known for its fertile valley, rich vegetation, old stone paths, and beautiful water crossings. This trail is especially loved for its riverside scenery, waterfalls, traditional watermills, and historic bridges dating back centuries. Along the way, the route reveals some of the area’s most memorable natural and cultural gems, including the valley’s running waters, old Mamluk and Ottoman bridges, and the beautiful surroundings leading toward Berket el-Arous (Bride’s Pond), one of the most iconic spots in the region. It’s the kind of trail that offers freshness, movement, and a deeper connection to the landscape of the Chouf.
